What Shotink is
Shotink turns comic and manga pages into an animated film. You bring the pages. The studio cuts them into panels, paints them in an anime style, writes the script, makes the video, adds the voices and the sound, and gives you one finished film.
What you get
One video file, with picture, voices, sound and subtitles. You can also download every part on the way there: the panels, the artwork, the script, each clip and each voice line.
Six stages
Work moves from left to right through six stages. Each stage uses what the stage before it made.

You do not have to use all six. Every stage also accepts files you bring yourself, so you can start in the middle. Workflows shows the ways in.
Plan first, then make
Every stage starts with a plan step. The plan step looks at your files and writes notes: what is in each panel, what happens on each page, which panels become shots, who speaks each line.
Plans are cheap and fast. You can read them and change them. The steps that make pictures and video then follow your notes instead of guessing. So always run the plan first, read it, fix what is wrong, and only then make the expensive things.
You can fix anything
Open any file the studio made. Fix it by hand, or ask for it again with better words. The fixed file takes the place of the old one, and the next stage uses the fixed one. Every file keeps its own history, so you can go back one step. See Fix things by hand.
What it costs
You pay with credits. Before you run a step, the button shows you the price. Plan steps cost a few credits. Making pictures, video and sound costs more. Importing, editing and downloading are free. See Plans & credits.
Start here
- Make an account. It is free and needs no card. You need a plan only when you want to run a step that makes something.
- Make a project and import a chapter: images, a folder, or a
.cbzor.zipfile. - Open the Source stage and run the three steps there, top to bottom.
- Go stage by stage to the right. Run the plan step first in every stage.
